During his career, Javier has consulted to some of the world’s leading telecommunications companies across Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has advised C-suite executives on corporate strategy and organization, sales and marketing, and M&A activities, and government leaders on the adoption of new technologies and the development of the information society.
Javier joined Oliver Wyman in 2006, through the acquisition of the telecommunications strategy practice of DiamondCluster, which he led for five years. Before that, he was a senior partner in Cluster, and worked for the MAC Group and Hewlett-Packard.
An industrial engineer, Javier holds an MBA from IESE and the Rotterdam School of Management. He speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
