Alex is a Partner in our global Insurance and Digital practices, based in our Dallas office. Since joining Oliver Wyman in 2011, he has led a number of strategic projects for clients in insurance, investment banking, and wealth management. His experience covers a range of issues from corporate strategy to how to optimize technology while growing your digital footprint leveraging concepts such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation.
I’ve worked in industry for 20 years and understand how to balance the pursuit of excellence with the ever-demanding pressures being faced by clients on a day to day basis. This enables me to leave our clients with a finished product that makes a material impact to their ongoing operation.
Using lessons learned within investment banking operational transformation, he now regularly partners with clients in other areas of financial services to leverage the latest and greatest digital tools and techniques and guide them along their technology modernization journey. Alex led the development of our Fulcrum platform, that accelerates and de-risks legacy policy administration system migrations.
When working with clients I become fully committed to the task at hand. I make myself available 24/7, except when I am pursuing my hobby of playing golf – then I will call you back at the end of the round!
