MMC Receives Perfect Score From Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index
Oliver Wyman’s parent company, Marsh & McLennan, has achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), and is officially a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality in the US.
MMC championed lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality in the workplace. In 2015, MMC signed on to an amicus brief arguing for marriage rights for same-sex couples in the US and updated MMC-wide policies and practices to make life easier for LGBT colleagues and their families. Such efforts have not gone unnoticed. Oliver Wyman is pleased to be actively involved in the MMC-wide efforts.
