10+ years. 100+ Nonprofit Fellowships.
In our lives as in our work, we seek to have an impact. Since 2001, Oliver Wyman’s Nonprofit Fellowship program has allowed consulting staff to put their business skills to work in support of nonprofit organizations around the globe, from the US and UK to Malawi, Myanmar, and beyond. Participating fellows report similar results: immeasurable personal growth, new professional skills, and an unforgettable experience.

Our nonprofit fellows are global emissaries – they travel to all corners of the world dedicating their talents and time to worthy organizations. The immediate value – both to the nonprofits and to our consultants – is phenomenal, but the long-term value should not be overlooked. These fellowships have built networks, strengthened community ties, and spurred several of our alumni to found their own nonprofits, thus extending the footprint of our NPF program.
