Banker Middle East published an opinion piece that elaborated on Oliver Wyman’s State of Financial Services 2019 report, Time to Start Again.
Speaking to Banker Middle East, Dubai Financial Services Head Mathieu Vasseux elaborated on the Greenfield approach.
Commenting on banking in the Middle East, Mathieu added, “Regulators are embracing fintech and open-banking, we are now seeing an accelerated push by the central banks and Capital Market Authorities (CMAs) to leapfrog on the fintech environment which is disrupting the competitive landscape massively.”
