New York State Self-Insured Employers and Workers Compensation Board Assessments

All employers in New York State are assessed by the Workers Compensation Board (WCB). The WCB oversees the workers compensation system in New York State and assessments levied by the WCB fund various programs in New York managed directly by the WCB.

There are five specific assessments discussed in this report:
