Mike is a Director at Oliver Wyman and leads the Health & Life Sciences practice for Insurance.
Mike focuses on assisting clients in the development and launch of new businesses as well as the redesign of existing businesses. Mike's primary focus is on strategic business issues and operational redesign in the insurance industry, with a focus on healthcare clients. His experience includes engagements with a variety of insurers, and a strong track record of helping health insurers achieve profitable growth.
Mike is a published author in the Harvard Business Review on sales and marketing related topics and has been active in the development of Oliver Wyman’s value driven business design strategy framework. Mike holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
