Coaching to achieve a competitive edge

A relatively small  insurance company that serves specialty markets in insurance, reinsurance, and financial products and services doubled its size to 3,000 people and became global with an acquisition. The CEO developed a vision that required the company to work seamlessly across geographies and product lines.

They asked us to help them develop a culture-changing program for their top 100 leaders. We designed a two-part, coaching-based program with leadership action plans and business projects. We then extended development work to the next 240 leaders. The two-session design included an abbreviated, coaching-based session focused on “Developing Yourself,” and smaller debriefings of leadership plans, strategy mapping, conflict management, assessment, and communication. The CEO said, “We’ve been blown away by the return on investment of this program. It has given us a competitive advantage we can measure.”
