Helping strengthen a leadership pipeline

A global pharmaceutical manufacturer and marketer was formed through a merger. The CEO progressively addressed the major levers for change – responding to competitive and regulatory shifts, redefining the company’s strategy, and reinforcing its culture. A critical need: to develop their leadership pipeline as effectively as their product pipeline.

The company partnered with us to develop three action-learning programs: Leading at the Front Line, aimed at first-line managers; the Role of the Leader, aimed at managers of managers; and Functional Leadership, aimed at the director level.
