Middle East government airline: Undertook comprehensive valuation of airline as part of privatization process
Oliver Wyman undertook a comprehensive valuation of the airline as part of the privatization process. A range of values was developed using valuations based on price-earnings ratios, other airline privatizations, and asset evaluations. We developed a full discounted cash-flow analysis to establish a trading valuation that included several different scenarios. This work was used as the basis for the flotation prospectus.
