European entertainment group: Oliver Wyman assisted this client in realizing rapid savings while building the basis for future gains through a three-phase process: rapid diagnostic, performance enhancement, and capability development. Each phase included four key elements: (1) cost savings realization, (2) e-procurement, (3) processes and measures, and (4) project/change management. The client immediately began realizing savings, and will achieve NPV €1,075 million of savings overall though the work.
