We worked with a US cable MSO to develop a three-year video, voice, and data product strategy and roadmap. The client was concerned about increasing competition from the emerging RBOC triple plays and the Digital Satellite TV offers targeting high-value customers. Our work helped define a product portfolio that would both lock in existing subscribers and win back customers that had been lost. This included an assessment of future consumer needs and priorities based on insights from consumer behavior and competitor offers in adjacent sectors and international markets to prioritize the product development plan and define the roadmap.
