Jayesh Parmar is a Partner in the Oil & Gas practice of Oliver Wyman based in London. Mr. Parmar specializes in oil and gas midstream, the LNG chain, storage, and transmission industry sectors and marketing/trading strategies, operations, and organizational issues in these sectors. During his 20 years of experience in the energy industries. Mr. Parmar has undertaken a range of strategic assignments in these areas for a wide range of European and global energy companies. Mr. Parmar has also worked on regulatory and other issues for a broad range of energy and water utilities. His work in consulting has included the design and implementation of strategic change and asset investment strategies to anticipate and adapt to changing competition and regulatory structures, and the development of supporting business models and organizational models. He has played a key role in the development and implementation of market mechanisms in the gas and electricity markets in the U.K. and Europe and serves on the cross-European advisory board for natural gas storage, GSE, and is on the expert panel for the International Gas Union.

Mr. Parmar holds both B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University.
