Community
Oliver Wyman, together with Lippincott and NERA, strives to use its deep knowledge and diverse expertise to have a significant, meaningful impact on society.
Through our Pro Bono Program, we partner with and conduct advisory projects for innovative non-profit organizations, collaborating closely with them to create pragmatic outcomes that matter. We focus on advancing economic development in the world's poorest regions and have formed alliances with three leading-edge organizations: Acumen Fund, Room to Read, and Women's World Banking.
The Oliver Wyman Non-Profit Fellowship Program enables junior consulting staff members to make a personal contribution by working full-time at a non-profit organization. The firm has established a formal fellowship relationship with Kiva.org, the person-to-person microlending website. Program participants have also worked at the Clinton Foundation, Endeavor, The Nature Conservancy, Seeds of Peace, Teach For India, and TechnoServe, among others.
Our employees also help strengthen their communities through volunteer and philanthropic efforts. Many of these initiatives are long-time office traditions, while others are started by individuals who see a need and step up to help.
