Priscilla McLeroy is a Partner in Oliver Wyman's Oil & Gas practice, where she serves as global leader of Upstream Energy consulting. Based in Houston, Texas, Ms. McLeroy works across the energy value chain for clients that include integrated and independent producers, governments, regulators, banks, suppliers, and large energy users.

Ms. McLeroy's recent focus is on helping energy and chemical companies enter different geographic markets, move into new businesses, and leverage their intellectual capital. Her other areas of expertise include M&A, complex commercial appraisals, organization transformation, portfolio strategy realignment, and process optimization. Ms. McLeroy has 25 years of technical, operational, and commercial experience working in industry and management consulting globally.

Ms. McLeroy is frequently published in the industry press, is a lecturer at several universities, and is a regular guest speaker at international business forums. She has served on the steering committees for industry forums including Strategic Management, Portfolio & Asset Valuation, and Technology Management.

Ms. McLeroy holds a B.S. in Biophysics from University of Houston, an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University, and attended the Executive Series at Harvard University.
