Oliver Wyman is a great place to work and you likely learned a great deal about the company and the people during the recruiting process. This portal is designed to give you some more specific information about our firm, our programs and our training and development curriculum. We also hope it answers the question many of you have asked, "What can I do to get ready for my first day?".

We encourage you to review the entire site, but please make sure you take a close look at the Self-Guided Training area. We have pulled together a number of resources for you to help prepare you for your role as a consultant. Specifically, if you are not familiar with Excel or have never taken an accounting course, we recommend that you take time now to get familiar with these topics.
