Gregg LeStage
The art and science of business development and the consulting craft have been Gregg’s dual passions. As a result, his broad base of experience cuts across a range of roles. He is a practicing consultant. Within his domain are:
- Learning Solution Design - collaborating with line and learning leaders to diagnose their challenges and goals, and translate them into skill development solutions
- Sales Force Effectiveness - advising sales leaders on the alignment of their strategies with the essential skills required to drive them
- Leadership Development Effectiveness - working with clients' internal leadership development teams to help transform them into more strategic, consultative, and impactful functions.
As an individual practitioner, he has found, won, and retained large Fortune 1000 clients in a diverse set of industries and sectors. Among them are TJX, State Street, National Grid, United Technologies, Fidelity, Covidien, Bank of America, Bausch & Lomb, and CVS.
As a strategist and leader, he has created marketing plans and led business development teams to execute them.
He has also managed and delivered instructional design, strategic alliance, business development, and marketing services for e-learning companies in the legal and business ethics arenas. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President for an Asset Management company, where he had responsibilities in client services, marketing, and research.
Gregg holds a PhD and master's degree in English Literature from Oxford University, where he built strong capabilities in teaching, research, writing, and editing.
